Three days before you are ready to cook the ham, score ham all over. Put ham in cooking bag. Add half of the pineapple juice. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves to taste. Put in fridge and turn frequently for three days. When ready to bake ham, take it out of the bag and dump the bag and juice. Put the ham in a new bag and pour the rest of the pineapple juice over it. You can also add crushed pineapple if desired. Bake ham at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or put in crockpot on low for 6 to 8 hours.
