Step 1
Combine beef, 1/2 t salt, 1/2 t pepper and 1/2 t garlic. Add green onion, and capers. Mix well.
Step 2
Carefully fold in crumbled feta and shape mixture into 4 equal patties.
Step 3
For tzatziki, grate cucumber into a colander and add 1/2 t salt. Allow to drain for about 10 minutes. With a kitchen towel, squeeze excess moisture from the cucumber and place in a bowl. Add the yogurt, 1/2 t pepper and 1/2 t garlic. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Broil the beef patties for about 5 minutes, flipping once, to an internal temperature of 165°. Serve burgers on a lettuce leaf with tzatziki.
