Instructions

Step 1
Heat 2-3 Tbsp of stock in a stockpot. Saute onions and garlic until soft.
Step 2
Add kale, 6 c. stock, 2 c. beans, tomatoes, herbs, and pepper. Simmer for 5 min.
Step 3
Blend remaining stock and beans until smooth. Optionally, add lemon juice.
Step 4
Simmer for 30 min, until Kale is tender
