Instructions

Step 1
Peel ripened bananas and take your daily frustration out by mashing them to a pulp. Melt butter in microwave. Add to mashed bananas. Add the egg, salt, baking soda and sugar to banana mash. Slowly whisk in flour. Grease bread pan. Place banana bread mix into pan. Top the bread with brown sugar. (If you are salty, add more sugar-you may become a little sweeter). Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Cover fornthe first 30 minutes to avoid the brown sugar from burning. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into bread and it come out clean. Let cool, cut and enjoy.
