This is the best ham I've ever had. I used a 3lb kentucky legend half ham and it was worth the money. It was so juicy and tender. The glaze made it delicious.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Step 2
Place ham flat side down in roasting pain
Step 3
Use knife to score marks on the top of the ham in a diamond like pattern so that ham can absorb the glaze

Use toothpicks to attach the pineapple rings to ham
Step 5
Measure out 1/2 cup of pineapple juice and set aside for glaze
Step 6
Pour the leftover pineapple juice on top of ham

Cover with tin foil
Step 8
Put in oven and cook for 85 minutes
Step 9
Take ham out of oven to glaze. Return to oven for another 30 minutes. You can remove the pineapple to better baste the ham and put them back after you're done each time

Glaze twice more at the ten and twenty minute mark

Let sit for at least 10 minutes before cutting so that juices will set in

After you put ham in the oven Start to work on the glaze. Combine honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, pineapple juice and butter in pot

Set to medium heat, constantly stirring
Step 14
Once glaze starts to rolling boil set time for 4 minutes

Set aside to cool and thicken
