Instructions

Step 1
Slice scallion and mince some garlic.
Step 2
Clean chicken wings thoroughly with water, transfer into a bowl, poke chicken wings with a skewer and marinate with cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, black pepper, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and mix till fully combined, let sit for about 20 minutes.(Optional)Add in dipping sauce with chili and scallion.
Step 3
Put cooking oil in a heated skillet, add in marinate chicken wings with sauce in, stir to cook with lid on medium heat(Flip as needed during the simmer process). Chicken wings should turn golden brown as the sauce dries out, garnish with chopped scallion, and remove from the heat. Ready to serve.
