Step 1
Wash potatoes, poke holes in each and add to air fryer
Step 2
Cook on pressure cooker high setting for 20 mins, release steam valve for 12 mins.
Step 3
Remove potatoes from pressure cooker with tongs, squeezing potatoes in tongs before dropping in bowl to help break them up. (I recommend removing from pressure cooker so you can use a metal potato masher and not damage the pressure cooker liner

Add salt, pepper, oat milk, boursin, and butter to the hot potatoes. Combine ingredients by mashing potatoes with a potato masher once all ingredients are added.
Step 5
You may need to add more milk and butter to reach desired mashed potatoes consistency, due to size variation in potatoes you may need additional liquid.
