Peppermint & Cacao Tea
*Peppermint tea may be an age-old remedy for easing an unhappy gut, but science now confirms that the flavonoids in peppermint leaves, in particular hesperidin and luteolin, possess anti-inflammatory and analgesic qualities. With cacao acting as a helpful prebiotic for our gut flora, this warming cuppa is soothing, healing and great for sugar cravings too.*
