Instructions
Step 1
Mix Graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter together. Press mixture into bottom of 9 or 10 inch greased round springform pan.
Step 2
Using stand mixer, combine cream cheese, vanilla, eggs and egg yolks; mix until smooth. Add remaining 1 3/4 cups sugar, the flour, and cream.
Step 3
Blend until smooth and pour into prepared pan. Place into oven (do not pre-heat), and set temperature to 200 degrees. Bake for 3 hours and 10 minutes.
Step 4
Turn off oven, partially prop open oven door. Allow cake to cook an additional hour in the oven.
Step 5
Remove cake from oven and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
Step 6
