Instructions
Step 1
Juice the oranges and save the juice. Scoop out the remaining pulp with a spoon and discard the pulp. Put in blender with a bunch of water and blend til small. Put in a heavy based pot and simmer, uncovered, for 1.5-2 hours, checking regularly and topping up with a little of the OJ if liquid runs low. Add 3 cups sugar, stir, keep simmering. Let the mixture simmer for another 4 hours, check for low fluid. Cool down and refrigerate.
