Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the beef until cooked
Step 2
Chop and fry the onions, carrots, and peppers and add the spices. Cook until slightly softened then fry the garlic for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add the tinned tomatoes, beans, corn, stock, tomato paste, and sweet chilli sauce and let simmer for 30 minutes or so.
Step 4
Cook the rice and prepare toppings and then assemble when rice is cooked.
