Lazy Baked Chocolate Chip Bnanana Bread

Step 1
To a food processor or blender, add banana, almond milk, chia seeds, some vanilla, also a tiny bit of agave
Step 2
Blend that all up
Step 3
Lightly grease an ovenproof dish with some coconut oil or vegan butter
Step 4
Take a piece of bread and dunk it into the banana mixture and put that into a small ovenproof dish. Pour over the rest of the mixture
Step 5
Top everything off with some chocolate chips
Step 6
Now it goes into the fridge for 15-20 min. In the meantime preheat the oven to 180C. Then bake for 18-22 min.
Step 7
Serve while still warm with some vegan yogurt + fresh fruit
