Instructions

Caramelized onions

Step 1
Slice the onion.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium high. Add the onions and fry for about 2min until translucent and slightly brown.

Drizzle on the honey and let caramelize for about 2min stirring occasionally.

Chicken

Step 4
Slice the chicken breast.
Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and fry for 1min stirring occasionally.

Add the seasoning and fry for another 2-3min.

Wrap

Step 7
Fry the bacon slices in a pan until crispy and golden brown.
Step 8
Meanwhile slice the tomato.
Step 9
Spread the front center of the wrap with the bbq sauce.
Step 10
Top it with the salad, tomato, chicken and caramelized onions.
Step 11
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 12
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
