The rice milk and banana give this recipe a nice sweetness and the oats give it a bit more fibre and a change of texture.
This is a great brekkie if you are on the go, make it in a jar the night before and bring with you to eat on the train or bus. You can also eat this as a snack during the day.

Step 1
Mash up the banana and the strawberries on a plate until well mashed.
Step 2
Put all ingredients into a jar or a large glass, stir well with a fork and then leave to set for 15 minutes or overnight.
Step 3
Give it a good whisk with a fork before topping it off and eating.
