Instructions

Step 1
Add cauliflower and carrots, and season lightly Fry gently for 5 mins until the vegetables have softened and taken on a bit of colour Tip in all the spices and fry for 2 mins
Step 2
Add Moong dal and rice then pour in 1.25 litres water and bring to a simmer and cook for 45 mins occasionally stirring
Step 3
Once the beans and rice ave fully tender and have broken down. It is ready to serve
Step 4
Season to taste and spitakle over, the coriander Serve with the lime wedges on the side for squeezing over
