Step 1
In a gallon ziplock bag, add lemon zest and juice, olive oil, garlic, and spices. Mix until combine. Set aside 2 T of marinade. Add chicken to remaining marinade. Toss to cover. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Drizzle with olive oil and place chicken into pan. Sear until golden brown. Flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer to serving plate. Drizzle with remaining marinade. Sprinkle with parsley and feta.
