Instructions
Step 1
n a medium bowl, gently whisk the eggs for about 15 seconds. Sift together flour and salt into a large bowl, then add the beaten eggs, and half the milk. Whisk until it resembles a smooth paste.
Step 2
Add the rest of the milk and whisk again to obtain a smooth pancake-like batter. Rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Set the oven to preheat to the highest temperature possible, then put inside a muffin tray with 1/2 tsp of beef dripping in each hole.
Step 4
Once the oven is at the designated temperature, take the muffin try out and pour the batter into each hole until 1/2 to 3/4 of it is filled. Return to the oven, then lower the temperature to 230°C and bake for 20 minutes.
