Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425º.

Cut and rinse well the cauliflower floweretts and place in a large bowl.

Combine olive oil, keto chili sauce, lime juice, garlic and Sriracha in a small bowl.

Pour sauce on to cauliflower and toss to coat well

Place cauliflower onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper (be sure to spread the flouretts out)
