Ingredients

5 servings

For the Sauce (Optional)

1/2 cup sour cream
½ cupsour cream
½ cupMexican Creama
bacon rub
Green, to taste

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl mix mix all the ingredients in a bowl besides the mushrooms
Step 2
Once the mixture is mixed set aside. Start removing the stems from the mushrooms. You can discard these or save them for a soup or broth.
Step 3
Once the stems have been removed, on the opposite side of the mushroom slice a small piece off the backside of the mushroom so when they sit on the grill or rack they won’t move
Step 4
Add mushrooms to a oven pan or rack for the smoker.
Step 5
Set smoker to 300 degrees or oven to 350 degrees
Step 6
Add your sausage mixture to each mushroom. I make little balls with my hands and stuff each mushroom as tall and big as I can, or as much as the mushroom can handle.
