Step 1
In a 12-ounce mason jar or small container with a lid, add milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, mashed bananas, and maple syrup then stir with a spoon to combine.

Add oats and stir. Then press down with a spoon to make sure all the oats have been covered by the milk.

Cover securely with a lid or plastic wrap then set in the refrigerator overnight (at least 6 hours)
