Instructions

Step 1
peel onion, dice finely
Step 2
wash tomato and bell pepper, dice
Step 3
heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat and sweat onions. after they turned translucent, add rest of veggies
Step 4
mix whole eggs and egg whites, add your favorite spices, salt and the herbs to the egg mixture
Step 5
add egg mixture to pan and turn heat down to low. as soon as the eggs aren't runny anymore, you're done.
