A twist on the classic BLT using hot dogs instead of the bacon. I found top slice brioche buns from Trader Joe’s that is basically a loaf of brioche bread sliced into hot dog buns that are perfect for toasting. Served with sweet potato chips. Muah, so good.

Instructions
Step 1
Heat medium skillet with 1 T butter over medium heat. Create crosshatch pattern in hot dogs by slicing halfway into hot dogs at a diagonal to make 3-4 Xs.
Step 2
Add hot dogs to pan and cook for 3-4 min until browned and heated through. Will curl up as they cook.
Step 3
In the meantime make the aioli by mixing mayo with garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Once hot dogs are browned place onto a plate and cover. Toast buns in the buttered pan for 2-3 min.
Step 5
Assemble buns by coating the buns with aioli followed by lettuce, the hot dog, and tomato slices. Top with additional aioli if desired. Enjoy!
