Instructions
Step 1
While the schnitzels cook, smash your avocado with ricotta and season with salt & pepper. Set aside.
Step 2
Lightly toast your sourdough bread. In a small bowl mash your avocado with ricotta or cream cheese. Spread the avo mix over 2 pieces of toast.
Step 3
Over the other 2 pieces of toast spread your Aioli Sauce & Dip.
Step 4
To assemble, slice your schnitzels and place them on top of your Aioli piece of sourdough.
Step 5
On your other piece of sourdough top with salad, sliced tomato, onion & lettuce.
Step 6
Enjoy with chips or by itself! So YUM!
