This Korean dish is a little spicy but perfect for rainy days and colder weathers! Serve the Gochujang jjigae with a warm bed of rice and enjoy!

Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the sauce in a small bowl by mixing ingredients as above.
Step 2
Cook some minced garlic and spring onions before adding pork on medium heat.
Step 3
On low heat, add 2 cups of rice water.
Step 4
Add 1 tsp of dasida and the sauce prepared earlier.
Step 5
Once it starts boiling, add the other ingredients as such potato, onions, mushrooms, kimchi and egg tofu.
Step 6
Adjust to taste with salt if necessary and garnish with some chopped spring onions.
Step 7
Serve with a bowl of steamed rice and enjoy!
