Step 1
Combine all the ingredients together and mix. Place flank steak and marinate in a ziplock bag. Press out any access air from bag and seal. Using your hands, massage the marinate into the steak. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight. Preheat the grill at 400 degrees F. Grill the steak 3 to 5 mins per side. For medium rare the internal temperature is 140 degrees F. Remove from grill and either cover with foil or place in a covered pot for at least 10 min. Slice thinly against the grain. Enjoy!
