Instructions
Step 1
Put all of the ingredients (except the chicken) in a bowl and stir thoroughly. Add the chicken to the yoghurt marinade, cover and chill in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200ºC / 180ºC fan / gas 6 or fire up the barbecue.
Step 3
Remove the chicken from the fridge. Thread the chicken on the skewers.
Step 4
Place the chicken on the barbecue and grill for 30-35 minutes until the chicken has cooked through. If using the oven method, place the skewers on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
Step 5
Serve the kebabs with green salad and more yoghurt, if desired.
