Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until combined. Heat a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Step 2
Add a tablespoon of the banana mix to the frying pan (more if necessary). Cook for roughly 1 to 2 minutes on each side on a medium heat.
Step 3
Serve with your favourite toppings e.g. lemon and sugar. Enjoy!
