Instructions

Step 1
Mix ingredients into a runny batter. The thinner the batter, the thinner the omelette will be. Add more water if preferred.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick frying pan to a medium heat and add enough batter to cover the bottom.
Step 3
Cook for 1-2 mins each side
Step 4
Fill / top with whatever you like
