Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Step 2
Place tortillas in a large mixing bowl and add 2 tablespoons melted butter, 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar. Toss until coated

Flip a muffin tin upside don. Place tortilla between muffin cups. Bake for 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the chopped apples with lemon juice and remaining cinnamon sugar. Saute in a frying pan over remaining heat with the remaining butter.

Remove TACOS from oven and spoon apple mixture into them

Top with a spoonful of greek yogurt.
