Scones:
1lemon zested
1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice
2 cupsflour
2 teaspoonsbaking powder
¼ teaspoonbaking soda
¼ teaspoonsalt
½ cupbutter
½ cupheavy cream
2 tablespoonsheavy cream
⅓ cupsugar
1egg
1 cupfresh blueberries
3 stalkslavender
for decorating

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400°(f), and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
Step 2
2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon zest, salt and baking soda in a mixer. Pulse 4 times to mix.
Step 3
Add butter, and pulse until it turns into moist crumbs. 20-25 times. Add blueberries. Pulse until they are coated, about 5-8 times.
Step 4
Add heavy cream, egg, and lemon juice into the crumbs. Pulse 10 times
Step 5
Roll out dough into an inch thick sheet using a circular glass to cut into circles. Repeat until there's no dough left.
Step 6
Bake for 20 to 23 mins, or until golden brown. Do not burn. Glaze, and garnish with lavender.
