Ricotta stuffed Croissant French toast
Say that three times lol, The name is a mouth full but they are so delicious definitely give this recipe a try.

Instructions
Step 1
1. In a bowl mix together the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, cardamom and set it aside
Step 2
2. Using a bread knife (or serrated knife) carefully cut each croissant in half (Cut, but do not go all the way through to the other side.)

3. Fill each of the croissants with a spoonful of the ricotta cheese mixture
Step 4
4. In another bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon
Step 5
5. Dip each of the croissants in the egg mixture
Step 6
6. Put a pan on medium heat add the butter And fry the stuffed croissants for about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden and crispy
Step 7
7. To serve top it with some strawberries, blueberries, drizzle some maple syrup on top, you can also sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and enjoy!!
