This EASY Healthy Banana Muffin recipe is made with low sugar, no oil and is just over 89 calories per muffin or 100 per slice (12) It still yield incredibly moist, perfectly sweet, and delicious bread!
This a basic crumble & banana bread recipe. Feel free to add any other flavorings, seasonings, nuts, chocolate or whatever it is your heart desires.

0.5 TVanilla Bean Paste
2 tunsalted butter
melted
¼ cSugar
1 tbaking powder
1 tbaking soda
1 tcinnamon
½ tsalt
For The Crumble (Basic) & optional
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 & Line muffin pan or a standard 9×5” loaf pan
Step 2
Mash bananas in a mixing bowl. Add all wet ingredients and stir until well combine.
Step 3
In a separate small bowl stir together all dry ingredients ( Do not include crumble ingredients) then Add to banana mixture and stir to combine.
For The Crumble
Step 4
Combine all (Crumble) dry ingredients
Step 5
Add room temperature butter to (crumble) dry ingredients. If butter is not at room temp microwave for no more than 13 secs.
Step 6
Mix until you see a crumble texture. For leftover crumble (if any) label, date, & freeze for another batch.
Step 7
Place Crumble on top of muffin batter BEFORE placing muffins in oven.
Step 8
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 18 minutes (30 for loaf) or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 9
Allow to cool in the pan for 7-14 minutes before inverting onto a wire cooling rack.
