Roast potato nachos

Instructions

Step 1
Dice potato and airfry at 200 for 15mins
Step 2
Soften capsicum and onion in pan
Step 3
Add ground chicken to the same pan along with spices
Step 4
Once chicken is almost cooked add black beans, semi dried tomato and corn. Add a little water
Step 5
Top roast potatoes with chicken and veggie mix. Top with mashed avocado and shredded cheese
