Instructions

Step 1
In a skillet over medium high heat, begin brown your meat
Step 2
Once your meat is fully cooked, drain the grease and stir in your taco seasoning
Step 3
One your seasoning is mixed in, add salsa, corn, broth, 1/2 cup cheese and rice. Stir and bring to a simmer
Step 4
Top with remaining cheese, turn the heat down to low, cover and cook for ten minutes
Step 5
Once it's done cooking, uncover and remove from heat. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving
Step 6
I like to eat mine with shredded lettuce, sour cream and chips
