Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F and spray a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients with an electric mixer.

Pour the batter into your prepared pie dish.
Step 4
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the fridge for at least an hour to cool off.
Step 5
Serve with sugar free whipped cream. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
