14.5 ouncesfire roasted tomatoes
1 cupchicken stock
0.5sweet onion
1jalapeño pepper
2 tspsea salt
fine grime
2 tspcumin
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 bunchcilantro
1.5 lbschicken breasts boneless skinless frozen
or thawed

Step 1
1. Add the fire roasted tomatoes, chicken stock, diced onion, sliced jalapeño pepper, and spices to inner pot of the Ninja Foodi and stir to combine spices. 2. Cut stems off of one bunch of Cilantro and chop into 1/4” size and add to pot. Reserve the cilantro leaves for garnish. 3. Nestle the chicken breasts into the pot and try to get them as submerged as possible. Put the lid on and turn the valve to seal. Set the pressure on high for 25 minutes. When the time is up, allow the pot to natural release the pressure for 10 minutes and then manually release the remaining pressure. Use a mix and chop to shred the chicken right in the pot. Use in your favorite Mexican dish and enjoy.
Step 2
Add another can of tomatoes, more chicken stock to make more of a soup.
