Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat cast iron skillet to medium high heat (level 6) 2. Pat the chicken breasts dry. 3. Coat the chicken breasts on both sides with all the seasonings. 4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 5. Once cast iron skillet is hot, spray with avocado oil. 6. Put chicken in skillet, and cook bottom side down (only one side) for 5 minutes. A nice crust will form. 7. Flip chicken breasts, then immediately put cast iron skillet into 400 degree oven for 13 minutes, on the middle rack. 8. Take the cast iron skillet out, and let chicken rest on plate for 5 minutes before cutting, for optimal juiciness
