Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in oil, salt and pepper to season.
Step 3
Add rice into a greased 9-inch square baking dish. Add juice; arrange browned chops over rice. Pour soup over chops.
Step 4
Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear and rice is tender.
