Ingredients

1 x 250gbeets
then put them into a blender, juice and all ped table red ted ting radish, taste and correct the balance of flavours, then serve with an extra grating of fresh horseradish g raw seasonal crunchy veg crudités for a super snack
2 hea spoonsnatural yoghurt
1 pinchsea salt
black pepper
red wine vinegar
80horseradish
Instructions
Step 1
Roughly chop the contents of 1 x 250g vac-pack of beets, then put them into a blender, juice and all, with 2 heaped tablespoons of natural yoghurt , 1 pinch of sea salt and black pepper , 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar and 2 heaped teaspoons of jarred grated horseradish , or, even better, a generous grating of fresh horseradish . Blitz until smooth, taste and correct the balance of flavours, then serve with an extra grating of fresh horseradish, if you dare! Pair a portion of this dip with 80g of raw seasonal crunchy veg crudités for a super snack.
