Flourless banana bread recipe

2 mashed bananas (44.2g/3.7g muffin)
1 cup peanut butter (64g/5.3g)
2 eggs (1.2g/.1g)
1/4 cup maple syrup (54g/4.5g) or honey (68g/5.6g)
1 tablespoon Vanilla (1.6g/.13g)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup chocolate chips (48g/4g)
Mix everything a bowl. Add in some chocolate or butterscotch chips if you are feeling frisky. Pour into small bread pans or muffin tins.
Bake at 400 for 14ish minutes for muffin tins and 20ish for bread pans.
1/3 choc. Chips + maple = 213g/17.75g per muffin
