Step 1
1️⃣Firstly, finely dice the onion + garlic and roughly chop the sun-dried tomatoes
Step 2
2️⃣Add those to a large non stick pan and fry together for a couple minutes
Step 3
3️⃣Now add in the miso + oregano + canned tomatoes + yoghurt + pasta + water and give it a good stir
Step 4
4️⃣Finally, place the lid on the pan and simmer for 10 minutes until the pasta has absorbed the water
