Chicken w/sundried tomatoes, pesto, and asparagus

Instructions

Step 1
Heat large pan with 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat
Step 2
Pat chicken dry and season both sides (I used McCormick salt, pepper, garlic blend)
Step 3
Place chicken and 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes in pan
Step 4
Cook chicken 6-7 minutes each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°
Step 5
Remove chicken and tomatoes from pan an set aside
Step 6
Add asparagus and remaining tomatoes to pan; cook asparagus 7-8 minutes
Step 7
Remove asparagus and tomatoes, set aside
Step 8
If you choose to serve with pasta, cook according to directions. Add pasta and pesto to pan and toss to combine
Step 9
Add chicken, asparagus, and tomatoes to pan and gently toss with pasta
