Instructions
Step 1
Press ¾ of the cookie dough in the bottom of a 9” x 13” cake pan to form a crust.
Step 2
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla on high in a mixer until smooth.
Step 3
Spread the mixture evenly on top of the crust.
Step 4
Dot the rest of the cookie dough on top of the mixture.
Step 5
Bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes or until the cheesecake is golden brown.
Step 6
Let it cool on the counter until it is room temperature.
Step 7
Place in the fridge until chilled. Leftovers need to be refrigerated.
