Step 1
finely chop vegetables
Step 2
fry mince in spray oil, in large frying pan, until browned.
add onions, cook till soft but not coloured.
add mushrooms and carrots and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
add oxo cube and seasoning.
add 500ml stock.
cook until gravy has thickened and all ingredients are cooked.
Step 3
add potatoes to boiled salted water. cook until tender.
mix 2 tsp corn flour with some cold water.
Step 4
add to pan and mix.
Step 5
gravy should now thicken.
Step 6
mash potatoes with milk and butter. add ha;lf cheese.
Step 7
place meat mixture into casserole dish. cover with mash and top with remaining cheese.
Step 8
cook in oven at 180 degree c for 40 minutes. then enjoy
