Instructions

Step 1
Add the Green seasoning ingredients to a blender, and blend to a paste.
Step 2
Taste and adjust accordingly.
Step 3
Transfer the paste into a sealable container. This will keep for a week and you can use this with a variety of foods.
Step 4
Place the chicken on a cutting board and make deep diagonal cuts ensuring that you don’t cut all the way through.
Step 5
Spoon on 1 tbsp of the green seasoning and rub well into the chicken.
Step 6
Wrap the chicken in foil and add to a baking sheet. Place into the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 7
After 20 minutes remove from the over and foil and place onto a hot griddle or in a frying pan and brown on both sides.
Step 8
Allow to rest for 2 minutes.
Step 9
Slice the chicken and serve with a salad or with your favourite sides.
Step 10
Lick your lips and enjoy.
