Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 200°C (392°F).
Step 2
In a small bowl, make the dough by mixing together the flour and yogurt until well combined. Shape the dough into a ball, place onto a lightly floured surface and press down flattening it a little. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out into a rectangle, roughly 4 by 8 inches.
Step 3
Make the filling by mixing the applesauce, stevia and cinnamon. Spread this across the dough.
Step 4
Roll the dough up by cutting the dough down the 4 inch side, rolling up one of the halves and placing it on top of the other half and rolling up again.
Step 5
Place the cinnamon roll into a 7-ounce ramekin dish, brush the sides with a little milk and bake for 15 minutes. Cool for at at least 5 minutes.
Step 6
Make the frosting by mixing together the cream cheese and 0 calorie icing sugar until smooth. Spread the frosting onto the cinnamon roll and enjoy!
