2 Tbspfresh parsley

Garlic Butter
Step 1
Cut off the upper part of the garlic. Place the garlic on aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper, rosemary and thyme.

Then close the foil and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees convection for 40min.

Chop the parsley.

To a bowl add the butter, parsley and salt. Squeeze the garlic into the bowl. Mix until well combined.

Spread each side of the bread with olive oil. Toast until golden brown.

Spread one bread slice with butter. Sprinkle the cheese over the butter.

Bake the bread slice in the oven at 200 degree grill station for about 2-4 min until the cheese has melted.

Stack the other bread slice on top and enjoy!
