Instructions

Onion rings

Step 1
Slice the onion into thick pieces and pull the onion rings apart.
Step 2
To a bowl add the other ingredients except for the panko and sunflower oil and mix until well combined.
Step 3
To a plate add the panko.
Step 4
Dip the onion rings into the batter. Make sure they are completely covered. Then coat with the panko.

Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on high and add the onion rings. Fry for about 1-1,5 min until crispy and golden brown.

Burger patty

Step 6
Form the meat into a ball. The ball then press flat with your hand and shape.
Step 7
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 2min then flip.
Step 8
Again season with salt and pepper and fry for another 2min.

Burger

Step 9
Cut the burger bun in half and toast them until golden brown.
Step 10
Top the bottom bread half with the burger patty.
Step 11
Spread the bbq sauce on the meat.
Step 12
Place about 4 onion rings on the meat.
Step 13
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
