Step 1
1. Lrg bowl combine cider, broth, mustard, caraway seed, salt set aside.
Step 2
2. Heat oil on large skillet, medium heat. Season pork salt & pepper, cook until browned both sides, flipping once, 6 to 8 minutes, remove pork to plate
Step 3
3. Add onion salt, to pan and cook until begin to brown, stirring often.

4. Stir apples into onions and nestle pork under onion mixture, pour cider/ broth over top and bring to boil, cook uncovered 5 minutes

5. Add cabbage to pan until wilted, stirring occasionally 2 mi minutes
Step 6
6. remove pork to plate and with slotted spoon remove cabbage, apple onion mixture to bowl cover with foil
Step 7
7. continue to boil cider mixture until thick and syrupy about 8 to 10 minutes. serve over pork and cabbage
