Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 4 x 8 loaf pan with gluten-free non-stick cooking spray

Add applesauce to a large bowl. Stir in butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, and mix until ingredients are fully combined. Add milk and bake until smooth. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Step 3
Bake on the center rack for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool for 3-5 minutes before removing from the pan and slicing. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
